Chairman of the Plateau State Football Association, Hon. (Dr.) Prince Suleiman Yahaya Kwande, on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of the National Sports Commission, @ShehuDikko , at the NSC Headquarters, Abuja.Kwande, who also serves as the National Coordinator and Director of Cornerflag Connection Limited and is a former Member of the House of Representatives (7th and 8th Assembly), engaged in discussions centered on football development, stakeholder collaboration, and strengthening structures at the state and national levels.The visit aligns with the Commission’s Renewed Hope-driven mandate to reposition Nigerian sports through stronger institutional collaboration, improved governance, and a clear pathway for talent development from grassroots to elite levels across the country. The NSC Chairman was also appointed as the grand patron of the proposed Renewed Hope Unity Cup, a nationwide grassroots football competition billed to take place across the 774 local Government of the Country.
